Director Statement:
In high school, my peers seemed to know so much about sex - in retrospect, from pornography. In college, my friends discovered their sexual preferences were tied up with their first partners’ expectations.
Dentildo is my attempt to contextualize these observations in twenty-tens American society. Through a farcical edge case, I hope to leave the viewer reflecting on how sexual norms develop, and how the internet may be changing the game.
