Madeline James McGuire is an emerging documentary filmmaker and recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her work focuses on personal narratives, cultural identity, and interpersonal relationships. Her senior thesis documentary examines her relationship with her Chinese grandparents through language barriers, memory, and belonging.
