Darrin Lile received Bachelors and Masters degrees in Film and Media Studies from the University of Kansas. His thesis film, “Eyes Upon Us,” won several awards, including the CINE Eagle Award in Washington DC and the IAC Best Open Entry at the British International Amateur Film Festival. After graduation, Darrin worked in Los Angeles as a dialogue editor and foley recordist for film and television. In Milwaukee, he has participated in several 48 Hour Film Project competitions, where his films have won awards for Best Director, Best Editor, and Best Visual Effects. He currently teaches at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design.
