Director's Bio:
Tiera Trammell is a multi-disciplinary artist and filmmaker whose work intertwines
moving images, sound, and physical space to highlight the Black and Black
queer experience. Driven by a passion for storytelling, Tiera focuses on capturing
the extraordinary within everyday life through "slice of life" films, bringing to light
the subtle beauty and complexity of personal narratives.
Using space as a tool for storytelling, Tiera’s work invites viewers to immerse
themselves in unfolding stories that explore relationships, identity, and meaning.
Their creations challenge conventional depictions, expanding the portrayal of
Black people in diverse, often unseen, environments. Through a nuanced blend
of art and interpretation, Tiera reshapes how we view the world, offering new
perspectives on ordinary moments and the richness they contain.
