Wisconsin (World Premiere)
In the 1980s, a guilt-ridden firefighter, haunted by those he couldn't save, battles an ever-mutating horde of shadow entities—manifestations of his past failures. Riddled by survivor's remorse, he must confront his deepest fears or discover that the true horror lies in the blurred line between reality and his own haunted mind.
A true production polymath, Ferno seamlessly navigates every facet of filmmaking—from audio engineering, cinematography, and lighting design to editing, acting, directing, and writing. His versatility extends to commanding audiences as an engaging emcee, bringing the same magnetic presence to both sides of the camera.
Ferno's signature aesthetic marries dark, moody compositions with vibrant color palettes, creating distinctive works across horror, comedy, and dramatic action genres. His artistic approach transforms Milwaukee's urban landscape into visceral visual diaries, with each meticulously composed frame carrying profound emotional weight.
Having honed his craft through multiple short film productions and festival selections, Ferno's work serves as a bridge between silence and understanding.
