Wisconsin Beer - 'Behind The Scenes' is about craft beer movement in Wisconsin, the resurgence of hops & barley growers, the growing and harvesting process, the brewers using local ingredients, and the hops, barley, yeast, and water that goes into brewing.
The film touches on the history of beer and brewing with an industry brief, stories about growing and harvest, and how craft brewing led to resurgence of growing.
